After the confirmation of a selected tour you must agree with the following terms and conditions.
Changing Tour Dates
Date of the tour start will not change as agreed in the tour confirmation. If the accommodation booked by us, Lanka Tour Experts, will not change the tour start date or any other dates under any circumstance during the agreed tour.
A guest can change the tour duration at any time even after the tour confirmation under the following conditions. A guest cannot change the selected days if accommodation booked by us, Lanka Tour Experts. Guest can add any number of days after the confirmed days completed as in the agreement but we, Lanka Tour Experts would not bear the total responsibility of booking accommodation. If the accommodation booked by the guest Lanka Tour Experts is able to change the tour under the guest’s request. But Lanka Tour Experts advice the guest not to change the tour start date or change the start date after or before more than a week.
Changing Accomodation
If the accommodation booked by Lanka Tour Experts, number of guests confirmed could not be changed due to the inability of changing the hotel suits after booking confirmation during the hot seasons. Accommodation will be BB or any other suite according to the special guest requisition.
Lanka Tour Experts can change the tour without concerning any of the above conditions and terms if the guest agree to bear the detriment of booked accommodation.
Vehicle and Driver
Lanka Tour Experts will provide you Air Conditioned vehicle and type of the vehicle will change according to the guest request. We will provide an English speaking driver and the driver salary, fuel charges and parking charges will be paid by us.
The tour agreement procedure is as follows. First Lanka Tour Experts will concern the guest request and send the complete tour plan with the detailed cost of the tour attachment with accommodation, without accommodation and with site tickets and without site tickets. After the quotation agreed by the guest we will send the tour agreement mentioning all the agreed terms and conditions with the prices and itinerary. Agreement is sending via e-mail. After the guest agreed to the terms and conditions in the agreement tour will be confirmed. The guest have to pay the advanced payment mentioned under the agreement to book the tour.
Cancellation Process
A guest can cancel the tour request under the following conditions and terms. Cancellation after the advanced payment done, should be more than 30 days before the agreed arrival date, if the guest require the 100% of return of advanced payment. If the guest does the cancellation during 21 days to 30 days prior to the agreed arrival date, only 75% of the advanced payment will be refunded. During 16 days to 20 days prior to the agreed arrival date, only 50% of advanced payment will be refunded. If the guest cancel the tour after 15 days prior to the agreed arrival date no advanced payment will be refunded.
A guest must thoroughly concern that, if the accommodation paid by Lanka Tour Experts, the advanced payment will not be refunded under any circumstance. This is because any of the Sri Lankan hotels will not refund any booking advance payment.
Lanka Tour Experts will deduct the wire transfer commission and taxes during the refunding.
