Day 1 of Sri Lanka 6 Days Tour : Colombo to Dambulla

On the first day of Sri Lanka 6 days tour you will travel to Dambulla. During this day, you can visit Dambulla Cave Temple, Dambulla Golden Temple and Sigiriya. There is a temple complex in Dambulla. The main and the ancient temple is on the top of the rock and it is Cave Temple. The other one is the newly built Dambulla Golden Temple.

In the afternoon, you will proceed to Sigiriya to climb the Sigiriya Lion Rock. There you can see large number of ancient architectural techniques. UNESCO named this site as a World Heritage Site.

At the end of the day, our driver will bring you back to Dambulla for the first night accommodation.

Day 2 of Sri Lanka 6 Days Tour : Dambulla to Kandy

Second day of Sri Lanka 6 days tour starts from the hotel in Dambulla and travel to Kandy. On the way to Kandy you are able to visit Nalanda Gedige and Matale Hindu Temple. Nalanda Gedige is the absolute center of Sri Lanka.

Matale Hindu Temple is one of the biggest Hindu Temples in Sri Lanka. This is a colorful architecture with lot of carvings and arts to see.

In Kandy, you will visit Temple of Tooth. This is the house of the Sacred Tooth Relic of Lord Buddha and the main pilgrimage of Sri Lankan Buddhists. You can get a wonderful architecture with a colorful culture here at once.

Then you will visit Royal Botanical Garden. This was the royal garden of our last king. Authorities maintain the garden well for visitors to see large number of flora species. Furthermore, you are able to see several historical valuable trees here with a wonderful orchid garden.

After that, driver will take you on a City Tour in Kandy. There you can see Kandy Lake, Old English Market, Old Prison of Bogambara and several other important places.

Then you will participate to see a Traditional Dancing Show in the evening. After that driver will drop you at the hotel where you stay overnight in Kandy.

During the second day of Sri Lanka 6 days tour you will visit the following places.

Day 3 of Sri Lanka 6 Days Tour : Kandy to Nuwara Eliya

On the third day of Sri Lanka 6 Days Tour, you will travel to Nuwara Eliya. Along the way to Nuwara Eliya you will visit a tea plantation. There you will get an experience about the Ceylon Tea making process.

Then you will visit Ramboda waterfalls. There you can have a bath at a natural pool on the top of the waterfall if you like.

After that, proceed to Nuwara Eliya. You can visit some special tourist places in Nuwara Eliya, such as Gregory Lake, Gregory Park, Victoria Park, Golf Grounds, Race Course to ride horses and city tour to see local markets and some other places.

This is the end of the third day and driver will drop you at the hotel where you stay overnight in Nuwara Eliya.

During the third day you will visit the following places.

• Tea planation
• Ramboda waterfalls
• Gregory Lake and Gregory Park
• Victoria Park with some other locations in Nuwara Eliya City

Day 4 of Sri Lanka 6 Days Tour : Nuwara Eliya to Tissa

At the beginning of the fourth day, you will travel to Ella. You will visit three main tourist places at Ella. Nine Arches Bridge is one of the most wonderful railway bridges in Sri Lanka. This is a bended bridge, which links to two end tunnels of nearby mountains.

Then you will visit Little Adam’s Peak and Ella Rock. Two of those are trekking experiences. Furthermore, those are wonderful and full with picturesque natural sceneries.

Then you will proceed down to Tissamaharama. Along the way to Tissamaharama you will visit Ravana waterfalls, and Buduruwagala Temple. Buduruwagala is a Buddhist temple with large stone-carved Buddha statues.

Driver will drop you at the hotel where you stay overnight at Tissamaharama at the end of the day.

• Ravana Falls
• Buduruwagala Buddhist Temple

Day 5 of Sri Lanka 6 Days Tour : Tissa to Galle

You will visit a wildlife safari at Yala National Park in the beginning of the fifth day. You may see large number of wild elephants, leopards and many other animals there. Yala is one of the best places to visit in Sri Lanka for a safari experience.

You will start traveling to Galle after the safari. On the way to Galle, you are also able to see many tourist locations. You will visit Tangalle Beach, Wevurukannala Buddhist Temple, Stilt Fishermen and Turtle Hatchery on the way to Galle.

This is the end of the fifth day and driver will drop you at the hotel where you stay overnight in Galle.

Day 6 of Sri Lanka 6 Days Tour : Galle to Colombo

First visit of the sixth day is Galle Dutch Fort. This is the icon of the city and visited by large number of people around the world.

After that you will proceed to a Galle City Tour. During the Galle City Tour driver will take you to the market places, You can visit Batik factory and Mask factory in addition to the above places.

Then driver will take you to Colombo.

During this last day, you will visit the following.
